Digital Product Photographer
Product photography for the price you can afford for all your commercial needs! There are as many photographic styles as there are photographers. I create clean and effective images with a minimum of props or clutter.
Usually a good composition is all that is needed. Not that there is anything wrong with props and fancy backdrops, but I mostly specialize in images for the web and that's why I choose to shoot this way. Also it makes it easy to combine several images together for some interesting effects.
You can always use the images for other media such as catalogs, brochures, books, posters, flyers etc. where this style is known to work quite well.

Photography
is an art and one must study that art to become an artist. Just because
I have some paint and brushes does not make me an artist. It boggles me
how many people think that all you need is a good camera to produce nice
looking images. Camera is simply a tool, just like a brush in a hand of
a master. Do you truly believe that if I buy the most expensive brush would
make me one bit better? Very unlikely.
So how is product photography different from, lets say taking pictures of your family on vacation? Commercial photographs are made with a purpose of selling the product, showing it's best side etc., not just recording it on film or digital media. If you are selling a product on your website, you want the consumer to look and say -wow where is the buy it now button!
Yes, yes I know there is a lot of other variables that go into play, beautiful pictures is not enough to get that sale. Web is a huge and very competitive market, to stay on top you must do a little bit more, a tiny bit better then the competition and all those little bits eventually equal to a big success.

Photography has been my hobby since I was about 10 years old. I have taken
thousands of pictures and changed cameras many times for the past 25 years.
It grew from a hobby into a passion, and I began searching for a job as
a photographer in my hometown of St. Petersburg, Russia.
I was hired to shoot stock images for a local printing and stock agency.
It was a fun job! I had to use medium format cameras and slide film only.
My mission was to show my city at its best! Ahh... the good old days!
Since then I have moved to the USA and completed several courses on photography.
I have learned more in a few months here, that took years of studying there.
I also became interested in web and graphic design, and have spent countless
hours in front of my monitor. Deciding to specialize in product photography,
I combined the three together.
